WHEN YOU ARE CLOSE TO BREAKTHROUGH JEZEBEL DOES THIS…

These are five things that Jezebel always does just before you step out and do something massive for God or before major breakthrough. If you are in a season where God is getting you ready for something, if you're in a season where God is mobilizing you, be aware of these tactics. You ready?
1- She sends messengers with curses and death threats
She sends fear, insecurity, and a spirit of torment against your mind, and some even experience a sudden feeling of not wanting to live or wanting to give up. It can also come as sickness to some people, where phantom symptoms show up in your body that you don't understand.
“So Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah to say, ‘May the gods deal with me, be it ever so severely, if by this time tomorrow I do not make your life like that of one of them.’” –1 Kings 19:2
2- She tries to lead you into the wrong battle
A subtle and lesser discerned tactic of jezebel is to lead you into stepping into something before it's time, or giving birth to something outside of the timing of the Lord, and she even uses flattery to do it! This is where Jezebel tries to take you off track in a pivotal moment by bringing “opportunities” that look great but can often be a TRAP or have you aligned with many kingdom activities you aren’t anointed for that puts a target on your back.
“You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants.” –Revelation 2:20
3- She robs your vineyard
Just as Jezebel stole Naboth’s vineyard, she will target yours in these pivotal moments. What is your vineyard? It's everything you've been building with God. It’s your home, your marriage, your kids, your finances, your destiny, your inheritance, and legacy. This is where she hits hard inside the walls of your home often through the trojan horses of wrong friends, wrong alignments to STEAL your STOREHOUSE and your harvest.
“Jezebel, his wife said, ‘Is this how you act as king over Israel? Get up and eat! Cheer up. I'll get you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.’” –1 Kings 21:7
4- She hijacks your people and uses them against you
Look for the sudden heart change in people often close to you because Jezebel will target them to GET TO YOU by usurping you and hijacking the movement you've been birthing. If you are not equally yoked, they will be triggered to rob or sabotage you down the track, so pray for God to reveal who can stand and run with you in your next season.
"So the elders and nobles who lived in Naboth's city did what Jezebel directed in the letters she had written to them." –1 Kings 21:11
5- She'll try to rob your voice
Jezebel will try to rob your voice with the fear of man and caving in to cancel culture, because what God has given you to say is countercultural and hits up against areas of apathy and complacency. And this is how she does it: through social media, through weak links around you, and people she sends that echo the fears you've even thought yourself and point them back at you as an arrow to take you out. Don't be muzzled.
So how do you avoid these attacks?
“Come out from under her my people, so you will not share in her sins.” –Revelation 18:4

Holy Spirit, brood over me. Give me discernment to see these assignments so I don’t fall pray to them. Break off any landing pads, any areas of insecurity and fear in my life where this has been landing in the past. I refuse to partner or tolerate this spirit anymore, and I prophesy that I will fulfill the call of God on my life and be the voice you've called me to be, in Jesus name!
