IF YOU ARE FACING OPPOSITION, REMEMBER, YOU ARE AN ELIJAH.

(I have a few words to share with you this week that the Lord has put on my heart to share. I feel like these are going to be words of impartation and commissioning. For those out there who are asking the Lord what they're meant to step into in this season, the voices out there who know that there is more on them than they're currently seeing, and those navigating how to speak into the times. But for now, I want to start the week off with something I've been hearing from the Lord personally that I believe the Lord wants to say to you as well.)

Remember… you are an Elijah.

When you're faced with opposition and pushback, when obstacles come against you and seem immovable, when bad reports come, and when impossibilities surround you… remember you are an Elijah.

When slander and accusation crouch at your door, screaming through your windowpanes and filling up your email box; when death threats, assassination, and judgments come to try to intimidate you… remember you are an Elijah.

When your brothers betray you, drag you through the mud, when people don't understand you and your calling, what you're about… remember you are an Elijah.

When you feel like you're the only one who understands or sees a certain way, when you feel alone, isolated, cast off, rejected… remember you are an Elijah.

And when you see injustices in the world, when you see deception running rampant, when you see Jezebel parading as a prophet, when you see the church falling prey to her words, laced with sugar but full of poison… remember you are an Elijah.

When you see evil filling the streets, and the righteous church and the prophets in hiding; when you see golden calves casting shade on the Cross, and ideologies and agendas trying to starve out the gospel and its spread… remember you are an Elijah.

When you want to run and hide because the battle seems all too real, the taunts of the enemy are ringing in your head, and you just want to give up and die… remember you are an Elijah.

When you've forgotten you have an anointing, a mantle… When you've lost touch with your testimony, and when you've forgotten what the presence of God feels like and what it feels like for His voice to flood through you like an authoritative roar... remember again, you are an Elijah.

I say this with hope: In the days to come, you're going to need to step into your mantle. You're going to need to step into that anointing.

Right now, there are impossibilities at your doorstep that must bow. There are obstacles that you are facing that must bow. And the first step you need to make is to not hide, but to step back into that anointing, into that office, into that place that fear and intimidation has caused you to run from.

Don't run anymore, Elijah. There is too much at stake. The church needs you. A new day is dawning, and God is raising up the Elijahs. It's a new Mount Carmel moment that has come to the world stage. The birth pangs have increased, and God is revealing His sons and daughters in the earth.

This is your moment. This week, don't bow. This week, don't fall prey. This week, don't let what's screaming at you dominate. Do not allow demonic agendas to run rampant; do not tolerate them, but rise up as the Elijah God called you to be, and use your mouth to speak and to decree a matter. There is power and a sword on your tongue. Release it this week.
