GOD IS BREAKING THE WITCHY WORDS YOU HAVE BEEN UNDER.
Are you tired of living under a fog of confusion and frustration?
Where every day feels like a battle just to know where you're going, what you're doing, and what God has called you to say and speak?
It's almost like you're walking in the dark. Your mind is under fire. Nothing is working the way it used to work, and you just don't know why.
I want to tell you- you may be bewitched.
This week, the witchy, poisonous words hanging over you are breaking. God is dealing with the spells, curses, hexes, and chatter sent over you to keep you in submission to its will.
This has been one of the most pervasive assignments of the enemy in this season and its purpose is to put you under the enemy's control and distract you from what God has for you.
I see it all the time– christians walking around like they're under a spell, like a marionette on strings, and they don't know how it got in or how to break it. All they know is they feel heavy, confused, they can't string revelation together, they're not dreaming like they used to, they can't make a clear decision, the ideas don't flow anymore, nothing's moving, you feel stuck, foggy, robbed, and it comes with this low-grade headache on some days.
This is demonic chatter that settled over you because somewhere along the line, you believed something you shouldn't have.
Paul said this in Galatians 3:1: "You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified.”
The Greek word for “bewitched” here is baskainō. It means to slander, to speak ill of someone, to malign them, to cast an evil eye over someone, to bring evil on them through praise or false representation so that they're charmed, deluded, and tricked into believing something false, and to lead someone into error through crafty and deceptive means.
Paul is describing a spiritual manipulation that muddies truth in their minds and, in doing so, casts a spell of deception over them, blinding them and putting them in bondage to lies.
This fog you have been under didn't happen by accident and I believe this assignment shows up right when we're about to step into new clarity, right when God is leveling us up in our calling.
In the movie "The Lord of the Rings," there is a scene where the king of Rohan is under Saruman's spell through his servant, Gríma Wormtongue. Gríma operating in witchcraft flatters the king with his cunning words and over time it puts the king in bondage so Saruman can take the whole kingdom. It's a fictional story, but it's exactly how the enemy works. He doesn't always come directly. He uses someone close to you, speaking the same words over and over, reinforcing a will that isn't God's, until through agreement, we're bewitched and under its power, and become a shell of who we used to be.
Sabotaged in our calling, silenced in our voice, and under a weight of fear and demonic influence we weren’t under before. That's when the dam stops up in every area of life and we begin to notice something is wrong.
But God is breaking that poison right now and He's exposing the wrong words.
Even as you're reading this right now, I feel the Holy Spirit saying,
"Ask Me and I’ll show you where you're bewitched. Ask Me and I'll show you where you were led astray. Ask Me and I'll show you where those entry points were, and I'll reveal them to you."
Who has bewitched you? God will show you.
Sometimes it's flattery dressed up as prophecy. Sometimes it's someone speaking to a longing like validation, belonging, or being seen/valued, and you mistook it for the voice of God. And that's the entry point.
The Lord is also exposing the flying monkeys– the people close to you who've kept that demonic framework active in your life. He's shutting every door of access, every communication line keeping you in submission to the enemy instead of your calling. And this is a season He wants you to break those unholy alliances– the Jehoshaphat and Ahaziah kind, where a good man partnered with a wicked king and God wrecked the ships before they ever left the harbor.
This is where it breaks and God reveals it ALL. This is where God confronts what you haven't been confronting. This is where God turns the lights on, on what's been keeping those cycles and patterns active in your life.
And I know you would have started noticing the patterns where, for instance, after certain texts or emails, a swirl always hits and it’s like a series of events take place you can watch unfold like clockwork every single time.
We don’t wrestle flesh and blood, and this is important to mention because this is exactly where it's easy to return fire with fire by labelling everything uncomfortable as “bewitching" when really, it’s just conviction, a boundary you need, or even TRUTH. So, before you make a decision ask the Holy Spirit to show you the spirit behind it.
On the flipside, we have to stop doing what we always do– excusing people’s actions and permitting their behaviors when they keep aligning with the enemy and dragging you through spiritual mud.
Instead, we need to recognize the enemy, disarm the assignment, break the words, forgive the person, and ALSO create boundaries or whatever the Holy Spirit leads you to do to SHUT DOWN THE ACCESS DOORS. Or as I like to call them… UNKNOWING REPRESENTATIVES.
God is revealing these representatives around you– the people speaking into you keeping you in a cycle of bearing rotting fruit…
This is the week He breaks it.
I say this because the Jezebel spirit is bewitching a lot of people on social media right now. You'll hear me talking about this more this week. But for now, let me say this: be careful who you're listening to. Be careful who you're letting into your life because it may just be bewitching you. It sounds like the right thing, and you're saying, "Oh, my gut's telling me it's right," but you've been poisoned, and what you are experiencing are the red flags.
You need to break free from these people or else you’ll keep wondering why you are stagnant and soul sick.
In Numbers, a man called Balaam was hired by the king of Moab to speak a curse over Israel but every time he did it would turn into a blessing!
"However, the Lord your God would not listen to Balaam but turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the Lord your God loves you." –Deuteronomy 23:5
I feel like this is important to note because although we have been through these seasons of witchcraft robbery, GOD TURNS IT AROUND. Then, creates blessing out of it.
Yes, instead of fog, you are about to have CLARITY and hear THE WORD OF THE LORD more than you ever have. The false words got in because you were starved for His voice. Hope deferred opened the door, and the enemy walked in with a false narrative. He's clearing that out and reigniting His voice.
And instead of stagnation and brass heavens, you will enter a season of visitation where the fog and the spell will break and answers, next steps, provision, and FLOW will come. As you break those unholy alliances and walk out of the rooms you shouldn't be in you'll experience a flood of revelation, ideas, strategy, FAVOR, influence, and lead to the right doors and the right people.
So ask the Lord right now– Where are the sources? What are the unholy alliances you've made this season?
I said it on social media recently– the company you keep now determines the fruit of your next five years. Choose wisely. Don't repeat the mistakes you made five years ago.
God is setting a new table, not with witches or people orchestrated by the enemy to cage you, but with people who'll hold your arms up.
This is the season God breaks every bind off your mind and brings you into full capacity and anointing. It will be a divine RESTART.
Pray this with me:
Lord, I repent for being bewitched, for agreeing with words that were never Yours, for opening a door somewhere along the way and letting deception walk right in and settle over my life. I renounce every agreement I've made with the enemy's chatter, every false word, every curse, every hex spoken over me, whether I knew it was happening or not, and I break agreement with it right now and take back every inch of ground I gave away without even realizing it, in Jesus’ name. By the blood of Jesus, I cancel every assignment that's been sent against my mind, my calling, my voice, and my destiny. I break the power of every witchcraft spirit, every python spirit, every Jezebel spirit, and every familiar spirit that's been assigned to keep me confused, silenced, and stuck in a place I was never meant to stay. I sever every soul tie and every unholy alliance connected to this bondage, and I cut every cord tying me to the people, the platforms, and the spirits that have kept this whole system running in my life. Lord, shut down every flying monkey, expose every conduit, and close every access point the enemy has used to speak into me and steer me off course. I command every spirit of confusion, every fog, every heaviness, and every fear to leave me now, in Jesus' name. I'm taking back my mind, I'm taking back my voice, and I'm taking back the clarity that's rightfully mine. Holy Spirit, come, fill me, and restore everything that has been stolen from me. Reopen the flow of revelation, provision, and favor that's been stopped up for far too long. I am not bewitched, I am not cursed, and I am not controlled. I am a son/daughter of the Most High, bought by the blood, and empowered by the Spirit to live FREE and without being controlled. Oh and lastly, UP my discernment so I never fall prey to this again, in Jesus’ name!
