YOUR MIND ISN’T UNDER ATTACK. IT’S UNDER RE-CONSTRUCTION.

You aren't going crazy right now and you aren't losing your mind. Well, not completely.

The spiritual realm has only risen in temperature, and that's why you are suddenly feeling like you are not ready or equipped for the battles you are facing or the chaos in the world. 

The birth pangs are calling on the sons and daughters of God to leave the old wine and their season in the valley of despair behind, and LEVEL UP for this next chapter. That's why you are out of your depth and why your mind is under fire. Because your mindsets, identity, and belief system need an upgrade to effectively TAKE GROUND going forward. 

This is why hustling and operating in your own strength is doing nothing. This is why your efforts are fruitless. In order for you to step into victory, you need to DIE TO YOUR WAYS and the old you, and surrender to the Holy Spirit.

So what is actually happening right now? Let me break it down.

A few years ago, I had an encounter with the Lord where I saw Jesus walking through the wilderness dealing with a horrific mind battle, being tested at every angle, like many in the church are dealing with right now.. 

Here's what I want you to understand– When God leads you into a wilderness, He's not the one warring against you. That’s the enemy. But there are seasons where God will take you through wilderness because it produces something in you that you cannot get any other way. 

The Israelites wouldn't have been ready for Canaan without it. Jesus had to pass three specific tests before He stepped into His public ministry. I believe those tests are prophetic for what many of you are facing right now.

1- The Provision Test.

"Turn these stones into bread." Matthew 4:3

This isn't about bread. It's about what you do when God has not moved yet. When you are in that gap between the promise and the provision and everything in you wants to manufacture your own outcome. The real question is: Do you actually trust God when He's silent?

2- The Compromise Test. 

"All these kingdoms are Yours." Matthew 4:8-9

When you're in a waiting season, the temptation is to find a shortcut. To water down God's assignment for a version you can control. A lot of people fail this one not because they chose something evil, but because they chose something early.

3- The identity test. 

"If You really are who God says You are." Matthew 4:3

This is the enemy going after your confidence. The enemy says, “You're not qualified, you don't have what it takes, did God really say that about you?” These aren't random thoughts. They're targeted attacks against the foundation of who you are.

Here's what I don't want you to miss: After all three tests, Jesus came out of the wilderness in the power of the Spirit. 

“Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about him spread through the whole countryside.” – Luke 4:14. 

He left with something He didn't have going in. 

The battle you are in is not going to break you… It's going to anoint you. You are not losing your mind. You are passing the test. You are about to come out of this wilderness with power.

That's why this moment is so weighty– because it's STRETCHING you into who you are becoming and your MIND has to get with the program. 

The enemy is trying to bombard you and trigger you all the more in areas of past pain, trauma, wounds, and weakness. God is fortifying you and taking you up higher in those very areas of weakness. 

That's why it feels like you're a mess and a wreck. You feel like things are falling apart and like you're shipwrecked. It feels like constant failure and defeat are warring against you on every side, every single day, while anxiety, fear, looming heaviness, and depression try to settle in, trying to tell you you're insufficient, not equipped, not enough.

At the same time, God's trying to surround you with encouragement, lifting you up, holding your arms up, speaking life, destiny, and purpose.

This is the wrestle of a rewiring season. The Lord is bringing you up higher in your identity, your discernment, and your authority. It's where the Lord lifts you out of where you have been. Where He releases the areas of past triggers, wounds, and trauma, and breaks the strongholds that have kept you there for years and even decades.

So right now, pay attention to this process. Don't wake up every single day and tolerate these assignments. Don't wake up every single day and allow that anxiety to settle in. 

What you do to counteract this is align with God's plans and His purposes. You align with His heart and what He is doing. You align with the rewiring. How do we rewire? 

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is, His good, pleasing and perfect will." – Romans 12:2

It's a physical, spiritual, and emotional process. God literally is holistically rewiring your ability to receive and perceive the world. Then, rewiring your identity to change those responses and outcomes that normally come as natural knee-jerk reactions to the things of the world.

God is healing minds right now. Re-connecting broken neurological pathways and dysfunctional mental patterns, and constructing new ones. 

Right now it feels like you're in a mind battle, but really what this mind battle is, is the enemy trying to test whether you're going to be triggered like you used to be or if you're going to allow your mind to be rewired by stepping into your identity in Christ.

This is a season to surrender to that process God has you in.

And I hear the Lord saying,

"This feels like a dismantling moment but that’s not what this is. This is an invitation into who you really are WITHOUT the religious ceilings, demonic strongholds, and kindergarten-level faith. It's time to step up.”  

So don't fight it. Surrender and let God free you, anoint you afresh, and use you as His mighty Ecclesia.
