YOU AREN’T BIRTHING WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE

About three days ago, I went into a really strong time of revelation where I suddenly sensed, “This is a moment where contractions/birth pangs are turning into birthing.”

But I felt that this was a global event, not sporadic or one-off. This was something God was doing around the earth to reset the church and prepare her for harvest.

It was the time of delivery finally coming to those who have been in the contractions of labor for years without birth - those who have been held up and delayed for a long time.

And I knew instantly that the Lord was showing me this for the people that he had pulled out of the old system, the old institution, the Pharisaical system, and all those old ways. They'd been in a period of waiting where they were saying, “God, I know what I'm carrying is the new wine, but it's just not quite fitting the system.”

But you see, there's been a waiting period where it has felt like, for a period of time, that things aren't coming to fruition. It just feels like you are sitting on the fence, in a painful pause.

Many have asked, “Lord, what is going on?”

And the Lord is saying, “Just wait, because you're not barren. It's just that there's a strategic timing.”

And I had a dream about this about a month ago. And in the dream, I was leading a worship event, when I suddenly felt really pregnant. I got really excited about being pregnant, so I wanted to go and see this thing birthed, but as I stepped onto an airplane, the pilot took off and left the door open while it was taking off, and I almost fell out.

We landed in a field that was a little bit away from the place I needed to be to birth this baby. I woke up from the dream, knowing that it was not the right timing. So, there's a timing in all of this. God wants us to lean into His timing for all that we're about to birth. Because right now, God is still revealing to the Church where they're falling short by leaning on religion instead of the Spirit.

He's a gracious Father who's allowing the church to feel the void, to feel the emptiness, to feel the vacuum of being fathered by religion instead of the Holy Spirit, right?

In that, God's waiting for the right moment of birth for those who have been carrying the new, and that is you.

So, going back to my encounter the other day, I kept seeing all these multiple births, and I heard two things. The first was, “It is now time.” And the second thing I heard was, "But you are not birthing what you think you are birthing."

I'll say that again. The Lord said, "It is now time, but you are not birthing what you think you are birthing.”

And I know this is for those who, number one, have been in that waiting. The Lord is actually saying over you, get ready, because there's about to be a green light for you. There is about to be a grace in favor. He is about to bring the provisions you need. There will be all the resources you need. All those things will suddenly come out of nowhere. The things will suddenly connect. God will surround you with your team. He will surround you with your people. He will bring the people with like hearts and DNA to you.

Things are going to begin to click together that haven't clicked for a long time.

So, why aren’t we birthing what we thought we would?

Because He is not building something on the back of another movement, He's not building something on the back of what we've seen or done before.

But let me make this personal. Many of you have been asking for a word from the Lord over what you are carrying and what to do right now.

So let go of what you know when it comes to building in the past.

You won’t build church the way you thought you would.

You won’t be doing ministry the way you imagined.

God is detoxing you from the mindsets that would potentially have you build and birth an old wineskin with a new wineskin label.

He is reinventing your whole mindset of what is Kingdom and giving you different building blocks.

It’s going to be holy and untainted.

It’s going to feel natural. Organic. Light. Free. And make you come alive for the Lord again.

We have no grid for what is about to be born. And so, the Lord says, “As you begin to step out on the waters and birth what I've given you, I want you to bathe every single day, with every single moment, every single brick, every part of this foundation, must be set in prayer and worship.”

“Don't get ahead of Me,” the Lord is saying. “Don't try to overpredict what I'm about to do because if you do, you'll miss what I'm moving in, you're missing what I'm trying to foster through you.”

He's birthing hybrid movements right now.

Where in the past we have seen one expression and one thing bursting forth, the Lord is actually birthing hybrid movements in this season that are preparing for the greatest harvest of all time.

And so, let me just prophesy further to those who have been carrying and feeling frustrated. I know this is for you right now, but it's going to take some boldness in this next season to depart from the place where He has been shutting you down.

Departing from the place that is actually shutting down your fire and quenching the Holy Spirit. This is the part where you're going to have to actually decide that their opinions and their words and all those things don't matter.

It's a season you're going to have to decide that people’s opinions about you, the status quo of what the successful church/ministry models are, don’t matter anymore because you're going to have to pick up the new thing that God is doing.

It's going to feel like you're rebellious and out of order for a season. It will, because you’re going against the old to build the new.

You may be told you are out of covering, because what you're doing doesn't make sense, but the favor of God is going to suddenly rest upon you, and God's going to show them that what you're carrying is the fresh new thing that He's placed upon your life.

So, it's time to start getting yourself ready. I feel the Lord say, “Begin to stretch out your wings, begin to stretch out your faith.”

And lastly, I want to say regarding the provision. We were sitting in prayer yesterday morning, talking about the Lord giving us physical signs of His favor and His goodness, and then we began to talk about land that we need here in Orange County for our gatherings and training. Suddenly, behind Christy’s head, a dove appears. And in its mouth is a twig.

As soon as I saw it in my spirit, I yelled out, “Just like Noah, who had the dove return with the twig. Land is coming!!”

I want to prophesy this over you. That was a prophetic sign. A prophetic sign that the Lord is bringing the provision and the resources.

He's not going to leave you high and dry. He knows the location. He knows the things that you're meant to do. He knows who you're meant to be gathered with.

But it's now time, the Lord says, to stop hiding the vision He’s giving you. It's time to stop hiding the plans and the purposes He has for you.

It's time to stop dumbing down the call of God on your life in the message I've given you.

It's time to begin sharing it, shouting it aloud. Like Habakuk 2, “Write the vision, make it plain so that the heralds may run with it.”

Begin to prophesy. Because as you prophesy and as you pray, it's going to begin to lay the foundation of the slab of what God's birthing around the earth.

Because I believe in the next five years, we're going to see that what is birthed now in this season will be the foundation for the greatest move of God that we've ever seen on the earth.

The current church structure will not be able to hold or contain the move of God that is coming, which is why you must begin preparing now in Jesus’ name.
