To those who have been fighting private battles..

So many of you have been fighting giants behind the scenes for so long that no one knows about, but today I heard the Lord say that over the next few months you are going to emerge from your private battlefield. 

You didn’t realize it at the time but these battles have been over your future and legacy and the Lord decided that He had enough of you dealing with the same symptoms over and over and he wanted to take an axe to the root. 

You feel like you have walked though the valley of the shadow of death this year and have barely been up for air, but soon you’ll emerge with the spoils of war and a new fire in your bones. 

Look for who God reinstates that religion tried to retire. Look for those who kept the right heart even when the enemy rallied every person he could to discredit and take them down. 

Look for those who persisted in battle with their knees in Gods presence even when it was easier to give up and allow the story to end early. Yes, these are legacy shifting moments where the enemy has sought to abort and assassinate destinies. 

You will look back at this dark night of the soul and hear Jesus say “Where are your accusers?” and you won’t see them. And you will look for the noise and taunts of Goliath but not one philistine will be found, and you will find that you won’t find yourself dealing with those same giants again..
