PROPHETIC WORD – THE WAVES OF RECKONING ARE HERE…
I have felt this for a while now… where the Lord is releasing a mighty wave over His fallen and afflicted soldiers. A wave of vindication, but also deep restoration.
A few days ago, I shared about waves of justice and recompense that I have seen coming, and I want to share part two of this word…
“The wave of RECKONING is here.”
That is what I hear the Lord saying, and this one feels fierce. Have you ever felt the Father fight for you fiercely? That’s what this reckoning is or at least how I am sensing it.
In Genesis 16, Hagar is at a spring after being mistreated by Sarai, and the Lord speaks to her through an angel and says, "You have conceived and will have a son. You will name him Ishmael, for the Lord has heard your cry of AFFLICTION.”
And that is the very thing I keep hearing in my spirit– The RECKONING is coming to RIGHT THE WRONGS of the AFFLICTION.
Many have felt AFFLICTED in this season. But GOD SEES YOU. Just as Hagar said to the Lord, she called Him "El-Roi," the God who sees.
I feel like there are people reading this right now who have been saying, "God, do You see me? Do You see my injustice? Do You see the pain? Do You see the affliction I've been through?"
He sees you. He sees your pain. He sees what has come against you. He sees the words. He sees the contracts. He sees the slander. He sees the constant warfare that has come after you.
Say it right now: God, You see me. You see my affliction. Bring the reckoning.
I believe God is settling accounts. He's settling spiritual accounts of things that have come against you. This is a moment of reckoning. And I want you to hear this- It is a good kind of reckoning. We need the fear of the Lord in it, but it's a good kind, because God is settling things up in your favor.
God's settling things up because it's a new season, a new day. New wine is gushing forth. And God is saying “it's a reckoning hour because I'm bringing an end to an old season. I must bring closure to those things that have been chasing you. I must deal with the hunter, because I need my people to rise up and be the hunters again.”
The word reckoning comes from the Hebrew word "Chashab," and it's mentioned twice in Genesis 50:20– "You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives."
It's where God uses everything the enemy meant for your harm and He turns it for good. That's what reckoning is.
There's a wave of reckoning coming over you where everything that has been evil against you, God's going to turn it for good. Every curse that has come against you, God breaks it and He uses it for your benefit.
But there's been a hold up in the spirit against this justice and reckoning, where it's felt long and drawn out and TARRIED, to the point that many have taken matters into their own hands and made messes.
Earlier this year the Lord led me to Daniel 10, where an angel comes to Daniel after he had been praying and fasting 21 days through intense opposition.
"The angel says, Daniel, you're a man treasured by God. From the first day you purposed to understand, your prayers were heard, and I've come because of your prayers. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia opposed me for 21 days." – Daniel 10:12-13
Let me break down three things about this assignment, and then I want to break it off you…
1- IT CAME BECAUSE OF THE CALL, NOT BECAUSE OF A FAILURE
Low-level demons come at you every day just to disrupt you, annoy you, frustrate you. But principalities come in kairos moments. They come in threshold seasons. Why? Because of the call of God on your life and what God wants to pour out through the church. They come to delay you. They come to discourage you. They come to stop up your flow and hold back the vindication and the reckoning you need to move on in your calling. It never came because you did something wrong. It came because of what you carry.
2- IT CAME WITH GRIEF AND IT MADE YOU FEEL UNSEEN
“But God said through the angel, your prayers were heard.” Who's felt like their prayers haven't been heard in this season? Who's felt the mourning and the grief, like you're the only one who sees, like you're the crazy one? There's been a pain and a deep sadness because you've not seen the recompense of the Lord. You've not seen His justice. You've not seen Him move on your behalf YET. But this is a moment of reckoning, and it's the Father stepping into your life, into those places, being the fierce protector and warrior that He is, and PULLING YOU OUT.
3- IT CAME TO DIVIDE, DELAY, AND DIVERT YOU
“Persia” means land of divisions. Think about what's come against you. The disruptions. The double-mindedness, the confusion of your vision, your calling, where you're going. That's the assignment. It comes to bring delay, to hold up your life, your movement, your provision, your flow. It comes with constant strife from people around you, people bickering, fighting, slandering, opposing you. “Persia” also means the sound of hooves. It's like an army against you. It's pushback. It's opposition.
So right now, I break it. I break the assignment of the prince of Persia that's been contesting you. I break the delay. I break the containment. I break the assignment of division and diversion off your life. I rebuke the tarrying, in the name of Jesus. Every prayer that felt unheard, I decree it was heard from the first day, and heaven is moving on it now. The hold up is over, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Here's the prophetic parallel:
In Daniel 10:10, just as the Prince of Persia comes to bring destruction,God has come to bring you life… "I've come to bring you life and life more abundantly." – John 10:10
Jesus is your reckoning. Jesus is the Micah 2:13 breaker anointing at your head.
The battle came to you because you are ABOUT TO BIRTH SOMETHING THE ENEMY IS AFRAID OF. That's why the enemy sent a PRINCIPALITY. To stop your flow, to isolate and frustrate you. BUT RECKONING IS HERE.
NOW WATCH WHAT GOD GIVES BACK.
It brought destruction and devastation. But on the other side of this reckoning, watch what God restores. Let me prophesy what He's handing back to you right now–
He's giving you back your FLOW. The thing that got stopped up, God is opening it again. He's giving you back your REVELATION and your CLARITY, so you know exactly where you're going. He's giving you back your VOICE, the very voice the enemy muzzled. He's giving you back your FIGHT and your FIRE, for He has seen you wallowing in the dark without hope, and even now He is pulling you out of that place.
He's giving you back your PEOPLE. No more false friends, no more Absaloms. Where there were tables gathered against you to critique you and curse you, God is bringing you to healthy tables, the right alignments, and He's untangling you from the snakes that have been around you this last season.
He's giving you back the ONE THING you were about to birth, the thing that's been barren, held up, and stopped up- the very thing the enemy sent the principality to stop. God's going to birth that.
OH AND THERE'S AN END DATE ON THIS…
Hear this: There's an expiry on your days of being hunted. There's an end date on this assignment. Disruption will end. Sickness, defeat, breakdown will end. War in your mind will end. Robbery ends. In the mighty name of Jesus, every single assignment that's been warring against you in this season, God is bringing reckoning, and He's bringing closure.

I PROPHESY THE RECKONING OF THE LORD OVER MY LIFE.
I PROPHESY THE JUSTICE OF THE LORD OVER MY LIFE.
I PROPHESY THE VINDICATION OF THE LORD.
God, I partner with Your vindication. I partner with Genesis 50:20, that You meant good for me when the enemy meant harm. Every area the enemy has been warring at and contending, I now contend through the promise of God. Because I know I'm in a kairos moment, a threshold, where just as it feels like the enemy is warring at every single front, God, You are warring even more for me.
