TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN IN SURVIVAL MODE…

I’ve been hearing the Lord speaking over you that the survival is coming to an end.

I know I might sound like a broken record on this but I know God is DELIVERING you from the pit of your LAST SEASON.

I get it. When you go through hard seasons you retreat and hide. But now, the Holy Spirit is dealing you out and dealing with the enemy’s agenda to keep you there.

It’s time to shake it off. Like Paul shook the snake off into the fire.

Don't allow the battles you've been through to define you any longer and to confine you in this next season.

Don't allow the warfare you've been through, the constant conflict, witchcraft, slander, and the assassination to stop you or rob you from your calling and from this moment.

I know the circumstances that you've been facing have looked impossible. I know they have been preaching to you.

I know it's made you feel like a failure, like you're disqualified. And now you're looking at the Ishmaels that you've created and the messes that you're surrounded with that are still being cleaned up, and it's made you feel like, who am I to even be anointed?

Who am I that God would even call me?

It has made you begin to backpedal. It has even made you begin to hide.

It has made you feel numb. You've been stuck in this place of survival mode in a season that God is crossing you over into somewhere fresh and new.

But this is the word of the Lord to you today: survival mode is breaking, in Jesus’ name!

When David was in the stronghold of Adullam, he was in survival mode REELING from being hunted.

He was around those who were bitter and broken like him, and then the prophet Gad said to him, "Get out of the stronghold, David. Get out of the stronghold." –1 Samuel 22:5

I feel that's the word of the Lord to us this week. Get out of the stronghold. Get out of the prison of your mind! Get out from under their words!

The Lord says, “I'm bringing now closure to the words of man. I'm bringing now closure to the accusations of men. I'm bringing closure to their witchcraft. I'm bringing closure to the doors that have been opened in your life and your heart, that have kept you open to their words and their slander.”

“And I'm breaking the strongholds of your youth,” the Lord says. “I'm breaking that orphan spirit that's been trying to crawl its way back, the spirit of rejection, and the fear of man that's kept you contained, that's kept you limited, that's kept you small. It's actually put you in a place where you've limited my power, and my anointing in your life.

You've been acting like the tail, not the head and you've been bracing for impact, hiding yourself under the covers of your bed in a season I'm calling you to step up and to begin to speak to the storms.”

Don't you see what's at stake? This is a threshold moment for you. This is a moment that God is both bringing closure to the season of the past, and He's also anointing you afresh for what's coming. It's a crossing-over season. It's a holy moment, and closure is holy.

Don't you notice that God has been closing so many doors around you? Things have been ending en masse. Closure isn’t always a death but a deliverance moment.

In fact, He's bringing you into a closure of everything that's been hunting you and pursuing you– that orphan spirit, rejection, the fear of man. God is dealing with them ALL right now.

I hear the Lord saying “Jonah, Jonah, Jonah, Jonah, don't hide. Don't hide when I've called you to be a voice. Don't hide when I've called you to be a voice. Don't hide when I've called you to speak the word of the Lord.”

The enemy wants you to stay safe right now. He doesn't want the undignified you. He doesn't want the wild you. He doesn't want the you that is free from the fear of man, the shackles of man, and the seasons past.

He wants you to stay bound in a season that God is trying to launch you, so that you will be bound and gagged, muzzled, and shut down, but God has called you out of that place.

This is a leveling up moment for you. Come out from that place of playing it safe.

I hear the Lord saying, “Let me break that limiting yoke that's been over your mind, and the blinders off your eyes.”

This is a season that survival mode is going to break but here’s your task:

Shake off the defeat and begin prophesying, worshipping, declaring who God is, who you are, and what He has spoken over your life, remembering the promises that He has spoken.

Break all agreements with the lies over your mind and come into alignment with the Lord’s heart over your life again.  

Don't you remember what He spoke over you? Have you disconnected from your prophetic history? Have you disconnected from the plans of God over your life and what he spoke over you many years ago?

God is bringing to a head every assignment that has been waging war against you.

And He is exposing everything that has been in proximity in your life that shouldn’t be - the people that shouldn't be there, the alignments that shouldn't be there.

The fire of God is coming to burn it out so that you can finally bring closure to that past season– cut it off, and step into what is fresh and new.

God is breaking every yoke of bondage that has been over you. He's delivering you of every assignment and agreement that you've even allowed, tolerated and vowed to, that's kept you stuck in the past season and spread you thin.

The Lord says, “I'm repairing what has been fractured. I'm repairing the fissures. I'm repairing the breaches. And I'm going to restore you to wholeness,” says the Lord. “And you'll be of one mind again. You will no longer be double-minded,” says the Lord, “tossed back and forth and to and fro. So now watch as I SNATCH you out of the mind prison you have been in and stand you to your feet.”
