2025 WAS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
The enemy's games were no longer hidden but rather brought out of the shadows and into the light.
Every stealthy tactic and agenda that once slowly and quietly syphoned your joy, your strength, your peace, and your focus was exposed.
Every assignment of assault that was poking holes in your life, putting a drain on your emotions, mind, marriage, finances, relationships, family, and purpose was finally revealed for what it was.
After years of going around the same old mountain trying to find the source of so much pain that led you to make wrong turns, create Ishmaels, burn out, and usher in constant drama and problems, finally, your eyes were opened.
The jig was up. The facade was shattered. But it left you reeling and feeling like a failure and like you had so much to fix and repair.
Because while God used the warfare to expose itself, there’s no denying that this year has been a major robbery committed against God’s people, and here in December, many are in shell-shock from the constant fires, emergencies, unexpected dramas, and endless nonsense coming at them. And many are feeling deeply discouraged.
But last night in prayer, I kept hearing the Lord say, “Don’t 'do' this month lying down!”
The enemy wants you not to fight back. He wants you to accept it all and just stay in the lull of this robbery.
It reminds me of David at Ziklag. When he and his men returned home, they found that the Amalekites had stolen their wives, children, and belongings. (1 Samuel 30)
And in their pain, David’s men became SOUL-SICK and wanted to kill him!
But David strengthened himself in the Lord.
“David, too, was in anguish. Some of his men talked about stoning him because they were so bitter about their families being taken. But David took comfort in the Eternal One, his True God.” - 1 Samuel 30:6
Is this how you feel right now?
Tired of the enemy poking holes in your pocket and coming after your home, your marriage, your kids, and your purpose?
I mean, we have seen strange things in 2025. Have you?
One report we kept hearing about was dental emergencies. Why? Because the enemy hates your voice and sees what is coming THROUGH YOU.
I almost died and had my voice and motor function shut down. It was wild!
It’s been relentless, but it’s not the end of the story.
It’s not how the story ends for us who are in Christ Jesus. Through Him, we are OVERCOMERS.
Then God said to David, “Go after them. You will catch them, and you will certainly rescue your families.” - 1 Samuel 30:8
And that’s what I feel the Lord saying over you this month. Don’t stay in the place of deep defeat and heartache. Pursue and recover all!
Interestingly, the name “Amalek,” who raided them, is a spirit, meaning “people that wring.” It’s a twisting and squeezing spirit that puts pressure all around you and then twists words and situations to steal your strength. It comes after all, you are building and obviously the most important thing - your home!
So refuse to let this robbery happen anymore!
I have said it for months. The enemy must repay 7 fold!
“Yet if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold, though it costs him all the wealth of his house.” - Proverbs 6:31
So here’s my challenge to you…
Firstly, refuse to lie down anymore. Get back your fight. Go into worship and give God the defeat, pain, and discouragement of all of this.
Next, break off this assignment. Pray, “Lord, I rebuke and bind up this assignment of the enemy, and because it has been found out, the enemy must now repay sevenfold in Jesus’ name!”
Ask the lord to show you any further access points with people or agreements you have made. Repent and sever the ties and vows you made.
Now write out a list of everything that has been stolen and bring it before the Lord. Title it - “I will pursue and recover all…” and then petition the Lord to restore it all to you.
And lastly, take communion as a family (or on your own if you are single) and anoint your home, your wallet, your family with oil. Then prophesy - no more robbery in Jesus' name!
The enemy has been found out, and we are grateful God turned the light on. Now it’s time for recompense in Jesus’ name!
“But this is a people plundered and looted; they are all of them trapped in holes and hidden in prisons; they have become plunder with none to rescue, spoil with none to say, ‘Restore!’” - Isaiah 42:22
